Wycliff’s Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the families of Wycliff Willis George Hampton announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, in Corner Brook, NL, on Friday, February 15th, 2019 at the age of 69 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife; Margaret nee Hiscock, his children; Sheldon (Celeste) Hampton, Shellyanne Hampton, Dean Little, Loretta (Jay) Langue, Jeny (Lee) Giles, Trent (Brittany) Little, his grandchildren; Brianna, Andrei, Ethan, Abigail, Evan, Jackson, Kyle, Zachery, Emily, Brooklyn, Lucas, Kayle, Logan, and Charlie, his great granddaughter; Selina, his sisters; Judy Freake, Marjorie Hampton (Milton), Cassie (Norman) Langdon, and Greta (Joe) Walsh, his brothers; Wilson (Linda), and Beaton, Wycliff was predeceased by his parents; Ruby and Willis Hampton, his brothers; Leonard, and Eugene, his mother and father-in-law; Irene and Charles Hiscock. Also leaving to mourn a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, extended family and friends.
The family will be receiving family and friends at the Pentecostal Church in Howley, on Sunday, February 17th, 2019, from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm, where also the funeral service will take place from on Monday, February 18th, 2019 at 2:00 pm, with Pastor Mark Locke officiating, and keeping with Wycliff wishes cremation to follow and the Inurnment to follow in the summer.
The funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL.
