It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Teresa surrounded by her loving family in her 91st year. She was a loving wife to the late Giuseppe Garzo. Devoted and loving mother to Maria Smith (Chuck), pre-deceased Donna Walton (Randy), Josey Smith (Bryan), and Vince Garzo (Lucy). Proud Nonna to Tina (Sean), J.R. (Kristi), Justin (Natali), Bryan (Jerrica), Amanda (Jordan), Kyle (Christine), Jessica (Adrian), and Joseph. Loving Great-Nonna to Shayla, Connor, Ryan, Jacob, Mila, Daniela, and Liam. Survived by loving sisters Lauretta (Dominic), Lina, Vincenza and pre-deceased by Angela, Rocco, Dominic and Stephano. Survived by sister-in-laws Theresa (pre-deceased Giovanni) and Carmela (pre-deceased Rocco) and pre-deceased by Celestina (Frank). Also loved and will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
The family extends their appreciaton to the staff and caregivers at Ridgeview Long Term Care (Gage House) for their compassion and care during her stay there.
Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home – « William J. Markey Chapel », 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home – Hamilton, 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton on Friday at 11:00 am followed by entombment at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery, Burlington.
