MORRISON, Joyce Lillian
Peacefully at South Bruce Grey Health Centre in Kincardine, on Saturday, January 12, 2019. Joyce (nee Mitchell), in her 85th year, beloved wife of Reginald Wilson Morrison who predeceased her in 2012. Loving and devoted mother of Robert and Norman (Angelita), both of Kingston and William (Andrea Zimmer), of Kincardine. Affectionately known as « Grandma » to Michael (Anna) and Erika Morrison. Predeceased by her parents Bruce and Luella (nee Grimshaw) Mitchell. The family extends sincere gratitude to all the staff at Trillium Court Retirement Residence in Kincardine for their exemplary care and compassion provided to Joyce. Family and friends will be received at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, on Thursday, January 17 between the hours of 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Friday, January 18 at 11:00 am, with Rev. Susan McAllister officiating. Following the interment at Cataraqui Cemetery, all are welcome to the James Reid Reception Centre for light refreshments provided by Princess Street U.C.W. As expression of sympathy, donations made to the Alzheimer Society or Princess Street United Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated by the family.
