Annunziata « Nancy » Baran

Peacefully at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice on Saturday February 9th, 2019 in her 87th year, with her family by her side. Born in Rocca Pia, Italy, to parents Pasquale and Petronilla Amicucci. Dearly beloved wife of the late Andrzej (Andy) Baran. She will be dearly missed by her sons, John, Peter (Elaine) and George. Cherished grandmother of Deanna and Stephanie, and great-grandmother of Athena and Sabrina. Loving sister and sister-in-law of the late Giovanni and Giovina and Gina Amicucci, Emidio (Late) and Saveria Amicucci, Amalfio (late) and Giuseppina Amicucci, Alessandro (late) and Elia Amicucci, the late Epifanio and Maria Giovanna Amicucci. Loving sister of the late Maria and Guido Leone and the late Anna Amicucci. Will be dearly missed by Angelo Perri, with whom she shared many years of companionship and friendship. Also missed by her cat Michelle. Nancy also leaves behind many relatives, in-laws, nieces and nephews in Italy, Poland, USA, France, and Canada. Special thank-you to the staff at the Hospice for their kindness and care in providing a dignified end to a life well lived. Visitation will be held at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL on Tuesday February 12, from 4-8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place at St Anthony’s Church (Barton and Prospect) on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Our Lady of Victory Mausoleum, Burlington. In lieu of flowers donations to The Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice in memory of Nancy would be greatly appreciated.
