William Bill Christie
90, of Head of St. Margaret’s Bay passed away on Friday January 4, 2019 with his family by his side in the QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax. Born in Head of St. Margaret’s Bay he was the son of the late Frank and Molly (Rankin) Christie. Bill was a graduate of Kings Edgehill Anglican School in Windsor. He was a life time member of the St. Georges Anglican Church, Head of St. Margaret’s Bay. Bill was also an active member of the conservative party and had a lifetime interest in politics. Survived by his son, Gordon (Deborah), Victoria By the Sea, PEI; daughter, Susan (Michael Adams) Christie, Head of St. Margaret’s Bay; grandchildren, Courtney, Ryan (Breanna) Seaboyer; great grandchildren, Faith and Breanna. Predeceased by his loving wife Audrey (Shreenan); son, Grant; brothers, Murray, Leslie, Jim; sister, Marion. The family will receive visitors 6-9 p.m. Wednesday January 9th in the Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggys Cove Road, Upper Tantallon. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday January 10 in St. George’s Anglican Church, Head of St. Margaret’s Bay. Rev.
