Passed peacefully away in her 92nd year, surrounded by the love of her family on January 2, 2018 at St. Luke’s Nursing Home.Predeceased by her parents Isabel and Robert Hannaford, her brother Sam(Susie)and her sisters Mercedes, Nellie, Lizzie, Beatrice, Trudy,Agnes(Michael), sister-in-law Mary Buckley(Vince) and brother in law Ernie Mulcahy. Leaving behind to cherish her loving memory are her husband Ronald of 62years, her beloved children Gerard(Mary), Bernadette, Patricia Brown (Leonard), Catherine (Mike), and Rhonda; her 5 grandsons Andrew (Lori),Brian(Rachel),Evan (Chelsea),Justin (Erin) and Alexander (Alyssa) and her 4 adorable great granddaughters Ava, Brianna, Grace and Kacey as well as her sister
Patricia (Pat) Mulcahy, Brother-in-law Bill Fagan and Aunt Alice Emberley and many nieces, nephews and friends. A very special thank you to all the staff at St. Luke’s Nursing Home for their exceptional care and love shown to Mom during her stay with them, your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.
Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home Lemarchant Road on Friday from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m . Funeral Mass to take place from St.Teresa’s Church, Mundy Pond Road on Saturday, January 3, 2019 at 11 a.m. with interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations may be made to St. Luke’s Nursing Home or The Daffodil House in Moms memory.
