Passed peacefully away at Glenbrook Lodge on Sunday, January 27th, 2019, Phyllis Julia Corrigan (nee Stanford), aged 90 years. Predeceased by her husband Albert after more than 40 years of marriage; son David at the young age of 43; brothers Ron and Reg; and sister Dorothy. She is survived by her daughter Donna Cole; son-in-law Wayne; granddaughters Heather and Lorelei; and greatgrandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her sister Helen Bugler; brother George Stanford; sister-in-law Jennie; and many nieces and nephews. Thank you to the dedicated community of Glenbrook Lodge for their kindness and devotion, providing Phyllis with the best care. Also, thank you to the staff of North Pond Manor who cared for her for 9 years. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 1st, 2019 from Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road from 6 – 9 p.m. Mom was a long time Jehovah’s Witness and her service will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 168 MacDonald Drive, at 2 p.m on Saturday, February 2nd, 2019. Burial will take place at a later date.
