Morris Tomlinson
1951-2019
Morris Hubert Tomlinson of Moncton, NB, formerly of Oxbow, NB, passed
away peacefully at the Moncton City Hospital surrounded by his loving
family after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Morris was born in Saint John, NB on March 14, 1951. He was the son of
the late Hubert and Geneva (McDougall) Tomlinson. Morris leaves behind
his wife of 48 years, Wendy (Campbell) Tomlinson; daughter Tracy Green
and son in-law who he thought of as a son Rick Green, and daughter
Nikki Tomlinson. Cherished Grandchildren Mackenzie Green, Gabrielle
Green and Dimitri Tomlinson. Morris is also survived by his sister
Donna Green (Fred) and several sister/brother in-laws, nieces and
nephews and friends.
Resting at the Tobique Chapel, Plaster Rock, NB, with visitation on
Friday, January 18th, 2019 from 12-2 pm. A Masonic Service will be
held immediately after visitation at 2 pm on Friday, followed
immediately by the funeral. Father Stephen Harnish officiating.
Interment will be in Burntland Brook Cemetery at a later date.
For those who wish, the family has requested donations to the greater
Moncton SPCA, Dr. Sheldon H. Rubin Oncology Clinic or charity of your
choice.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock.
