It is with broken hearts that we announce that Geneva Briegert, beloved Daughter of Cindy and Richard Raymond, cherished sister to Dallas passed away peacefully, in her sleep on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at the age of 30 years. She is also remembered by her biological father Wilfred, aunts Margerite and Veronica, uncle Carl and many cousins.
She was predeceased by her; uncle Scott James Hoffarth, Grandparents: Heintz & Adina Briegert and Bill & Charlotte Hoffarth.
Geneva was born on January 14, 1988 at the Lethbridge Municipal Hospital. She resided at the farm until 1993, the family moved to Barons. Geneva and Dallas attended Barons Consolidated School ( the school featured in the Superman Movie ). Later she attended Jr. High at Noble Central and graduating in 2006 from Willow Creek Composite High School in Claresholm. Geneva was recently enrolled at the Bella Elite Beauty Academy, Lethbridge. She was a compassionate, loving individual who loved animals, watching and photographing wildlife she came across in her travels and hated to see animals suffering. Geneva enjoyed camping, fishing, photography, going to hockey games ( Calgary Flames & Lethbridge Hurricanes ), enjoying time spent with cousins: Jess, Courtney, and Chance her horse Winchester, walking Zip & Zap and cuddling with her critters.
Evening Prayers will be held At Christ The King Catholic Church on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 7:00 P.M.. Mass Of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Christ The King Catholic Church ( 344 – 50 Avenue West, Claresholm ) on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. with Father Philip Lee Presiding.
