Obituary of Gary Billings
BILLINGS, Gary
Passed away peacefully, after a long and courageous battle, on Saturday, January 19, 2019 in his 57th year. Beloved husband of Cindy for 29 years. Devoted father of Kyle and Kaitlyn. Predeceased by his parents Alfred and Elsie, mother-in-law Gail and brother-in-law Leo. Loved brother of Cameron (Rina) and Debbie (Laird). Survived by his father-in-law Leo. Dear brother-in-law of Bill (Liz), Ann (Bill) and Pat (Wanda). Will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Thank you to the loving staff of Emmanuel House Hospice and to Dr. Mian and Wendy at Juravinski Hospital for all of their wonderful care. Special thank you to his best friends Steve and Mike, for all of your help and friendship. Gary will be remembered for his love of fishing and hanging out with the guys in the garage. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 1 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.
