ZITA
BYRDE of
Terrenceville announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care
Center in Burin on May 29th, 2018, at the age of
74. Leaving to mourn with fond and
loving memories are; husband, George of 54 years; sons, George
(Matilda) of Medicine Hat, AB, Fabian of Burin, William (Sheri) of
Medicine Hat, AB, Lionel (Amanda) of Terrenceville; daughters, Carol
Ann Bolt (Robert) of Medicine Hat, AB, Nora Barrett (Tony) of
Terrenceville, Vera Lavhey (James) of Terrenceville, Zita Kearley
(Daniel) of Medicine Hat, AB, Tracy Deck (Dwayne) of Medicine Hat, AB;
sisters, Elizabeth Pierce (Fred), Sheila Smith (Bernard), Mildred Byrd
(Albert); brothers, William Hickey (Pam) and Cyril Hickey (Trudy);
brother-in-law, William McCarthy); 14 grandchildren, James, Grant,
Serena, Robert, Laura, Tony, George, Lionel, Bernitta, Aaron, Deidra,
Brittany, Jayna, and Aiden; 7 great-grandchildren, Shyla, Sienna,
Samirah, Spencer, Lily, Alexander, and Raelyn, plus a large circle of
family and friends. Zita was pre-deceased
by: parents, William and Julia
Hickey; daughters, Julia Byrde and Marie Byrde, grandchildren, Troy
Lavhey and Candace Kearley; sister, Barbara McCarthy
Resting and visitation will
take place at Wiseman`s Funeral Home, Marystown on Thursday, May
31st from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.,
Friday, June 1st from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
and Saturday, June 2nd from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00
p.m.
Funeral service is to be
announced.
Interment to follow at
the St. Joseph`s Roman Catholic Cemetery in
Terrenceville.
