Reid, William « Bill »
Peacefully in his sleep at Parkwood Hospital, London, on Sunday January 14th, in his 88th year. He leaves his beloved wife Norma of 61 years. He will be missed by his lucky daughters Elaine, Laura (Gerry Cook), and Mandy (Mark Webster), and his five precious grandchildren Jack, Tom, Katie, Ben and Griff. He is survived by his younger brother, Ian Reid of Scotland. His daughters would like to thank the wonderful staff at the palliative care wards at both Parkwood and Victoria Hospitals, and in particular the caring and compassionate nurses and custodial staff in Parkwood’s Palliative Care Unit. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Saturday, January 20th from 1-3 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkwood Palliative Care Program or McCormick Dementia Services would be appreciated.
