Lamb, William C (Jan 13, 1929 to September 22, 2018)
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Bill at PRHC in Peterborough Ontario on September 22, 2018 at the age of 89. Loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle & friend. Bill was predeceased by his cherished wife of 44 years, Lillian E. Lamb (nee Letts).
He will be forever loved by his children Maureen (Ken) Ball, Diana (Robb) Farthing, Chris (Susan) Lamb and Kimberly (Dan) Tuck.
Grandpa will be sadly missed by Rob (Megan) Ball, Andrew (Michelle) Ball, Stephen Ball, Laura (Liam) Arbogast, Jason Payne, Laurie (Phil) Peterson, Christina (Todd) Gowlett, Jennifer Pinkerton, Jeffery Pinkerton, Angel (David) Cripps, Katrina Armstrong and Samantha Armstrong and all his of treasured great grandchildren.
Bill was born in Hamilton Ontario and grew up in the North Bay area where he met and married the love of his life, Lillian. They eventually settled in Peterborough Ontario where they raised their family with much joy, love and laughter. He is predeceased by his parents D’Arcy and Lily Lamb and will be sadly missed by his loving sister Jackie (Dick) Johnson and brother Garry (Jan) Lamb.
He will be fondly remembered by his brother-in-law Russ (Edie) Letts, Dale (Gayle) Letts and Chuck Barrett and his many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his adored sister-in-laws Valena Lamb and Betty Barrett and brother-in-law Gary Letts & his wife Jean.
