YTSMA, William David (Bill)
It is with heavy hearts we announce that Bill passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at the age of 58 after a courageous battle with cancer. He will be missed by his loving wife Renita of 37 years and his children Alicia (Leigh) Muller, Skylar and Ethan, Jason (Nicole) Ytsma, Autumn and Freya and Emily (Tim) Brown. Bill was the son of Jetze (deceased) and Anke Ytsma, brother of John (deceased) Joyce Ytsma, Grace(Al) Kiers, Jan (Pete) Peirsma, Yvonne and Andrew(Ilona) Ytsma. Brother in law to Tina (Art) Kuipery, Howard (Ginnette) Brouwer, and Frank (Shirley) Brouwer. He will be fondly remembered by his many nephews, nieces and friends. His favourite thing to do was spend time with his family and his large circle of friends. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, Friday, May 18, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of life for family and close friends will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 2 p.m. at The Strata Party Room, 551 Maple Avenue, Burlington. Parking is available across the street at Elementary School Renaissance.
