William Danko was born in Poland to Dmytrov & Katherine Danko on May 7, 1923 and passed away at Edmonton, AB on Saturday May 5, 2018 at the age of 94 years.
William is survived by sons David (Connie) and John (Janice); grandchildren Matthew (Rochelle), Jennifer, Michael (Jami), Joshua and Marianne (Daniel); 10 great-grandchildren; sister Anne Rasmussen and nieces Cathy (Dennis) and Polyanne and their children. William was predeceased by his wife Mary, his parents D. & K. Danko, an infant brother Michael, his father & mother-in-law Ananiy & Helena Muzikov, and numerous brother and sister-in-laws.
A Visitation will be held from 7:30 PM-9 PM at Serenity Funeral Service, 5311 – 91 Street NW, Edmonton, AB on Monday, May 13, 2018. Following the interment, a memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM at Kensington Shepherd’s Care Chapel , 12511 – 135 Avenue, Edmonton, AB, Tuesday May 15, 2018. Memorial donations may be made to “Kensington Village Projects –KV Broda Chair” or charity of donor’s choice
