Duncan, William Alexander “Bill” – Age 66 of Truro, passed away July 16, 2018, at home. Born in Truro, he was one of 11 children of the late Allister Duncan and Ruby Tucker, and was raised by his foster parents, John and Gladys Creelman.
Bill had been employed in the forestry industry as a labourer. During the last few years he was unable to work due to a back injury and other illnesses.
Surviving are daughter, Sonya Peterson, Camrose, Alta.; grandchildren, Riley, Emma-Lynn; several brothers and sisters. He was predeceased by son, Jamie; granddaughter, Tanisha; sister, Mary.
Cremation has taken place. All are welcome to attend the burial on Friday, August 3rd at 1 p.m. in Riverside Cemetery, Upper Stewiacke. Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
Arrangements are under the direction of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative, Upper Musquodoboit.
