Wilfred Bill Fidler, of Hanover, passed away at Hanover and District Hospital, Hanover on Thursday, December 6, 2018. He was 90. Born in Neustadt, son of the late Henry and Elizabeth (Semen) Fidler. Wilfred was self employed with Fidler Auto Body in Neustadt.
Survived by loving wife Velma (Bailey) Fidler of Hanover. Dearly missed by sons Michael « Micky » Reich of Kitchener, Brian (Karrie) Reich of Southampton, daughter-in-law Lillian Reich of Burlington, grandchildren Katherine, Ian, Kimberley, Stephanie, Courtney, Hannah and Laurel, and great-grandchildren Cianna, Austin, Jessie, Josie, and Julia. Fondly remembered by sister Vera Klemmer of Rochester, N.Y., and sister in-law Ruth Fidler of Neustadt. Predeceased by son Larry Reich, and 5 brothers and 6 sisters.
Visitation will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Sunday, December 9, 2018, from 1-4 pm, where a Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 11 am. Rev. Micol Cottrell officiating. Interment in Hanover Cemetery, Hanover.
Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or a charity of one’s choice were appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
