Obituary for Wayne Fairfax King
King, Wayne Fairfax – The death occurred at the Temiskaming Hopital, New Liskeard, on Wednesday April 4, 2018 of Mr Wayne King of Thornloe at the age of 77 years. Born in New Liskeard on May 03, 1940 to the late Frank King and to the late Isabel Millard, Wayne was a long time Thormloe resident and cook for many restaurants including his own. He had an outstanding artistic talent and spent as much time as possible creating and drawing paintings for family and friends.
As per the family’s wishes cremation has taken place at Lakeview crematorium, Haileybury. A celebration of Wayne’s life will take place at the family farm and Wayne’s home [964253 Development Road RR2, Thornloe, ON] on June 09, 2018 at 3:00pm. Wayne’s ashes will be interred with his son Jonathan in the Harley Township Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations to the charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged.
