Wanda Joanne McAdam
1952-2018
It is with sadness that the family of Wanda McAdam announce
her death at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Thursday, May 17, 2018
at the age of 65. Born in Fredericton, NB, on October 5, 1952, she was
the daughter of the late Paul McAdam and Glenna Rasley.
Wanda leaves behind her siblings, Paula Akerley (Brian) of
Fredericton, NB, Holly McAdam (Mike Dupuis) of Kincardine, ON, Greg
McAdam (Brenda) of Fredericton, NB, Perry McAdam (Sheila) of Harvey,
NB, Paul McAdam (Debbie) of Fredericton, NB, and Cindy McAdam of
Montreal, QC; nieces and nephews, Alison Galan-Gault (Louis), Cameron
Gault (Rachel), Sarah McAdam, and Nicholas McAdam; 3 great nieces and
nephews.
Wanda enjoyed reading, especially history books, puttering in
the garden and was an avid woodworker. She will be dearly missed by
her family.
Visitation will be held at McAdam’s Funeral Home on
Thursday, May 24, 2018 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. A private family
interment will be held at a later date. For those who wish, donations
in Wanda’s memory can be made to New Brunswick Heart and
Stroke Foundation or the Lung Association.
