On June 29, 2018 Mr. Wally Puchyr passed away peacefully in the presence of family.
He will be lovingly remembered by his sons Gord (Colleen), Wes (Glenna) and his four
grandchildren Bailey (Jason), and Andy, Ethan, Allison.
Predeceased by Anne his wife of 51 years.
Prayer service Friday July 6, 2018 at 7:30 pm and Funeral service Saturday July 7, 2018
at 11:00 am both services at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 12 Brower Dr.
Sherwood Park, AB. with Monsignor Jack Hamilton officiating. Interment to follow at
Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, 4804 Meridian Street, Edmonton, AB.
The family would like to thank Dr. Trent Dusang, the Strathcona County Home Care Nurses
and Station 43 Palliative Care at Grey Nuns Hospital for the care received during his struggle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to STARS Air Ambulance as expressions of
sympathy.
