Obituary of Wade Seguin
It is with great sorrow and broken hearts that the family announces the unexpected passing of Wade on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at the age of 57. Best friend and soul mate of Carrie for 40 years. He will never be forgotten by his loving daughters Jessica and Chelsea (Kevin Hilderley) he was their world. Loving proud and playful Papa of Chloe and Harvey. Beloved brother and best friend of Peggy (Glenn Irwin) and Shane. Predeceased by his parents Art and Shirley Seguin. Truly loved and respected brother-in-law of Kevin Grant (Lisa) and Heather Grant. Greatest uncle of Kris, Tyler, Calvin, Shane, Mandy, Hailie, Riley, Zac and Rowan. Loved and respected by his in-laws. Wade will be dearly missed by his friends Maria and Franco Pastore and their children Catrina, Olivia and Daniella as well as the Berlingieri’s and the Oswin’s – Wade always thought of you as his second family. Wade will always be known for putting other peoples needs before his own. Our family has felt a great loss and there are so many ways to describe Wade. He was an expert builder of homes, play houses, and ballet buns, a family man, story teller, joker, supportive, dedicated, meticulous, mentor, fearless and had perfect hair. Wade was well known and respected within the design and construction community in the Sault and surrounding areas. A celebration of Wade’s life will be held on Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Grand Gardens North. The family encourages you to bring your many stories of Wade to share. Memorial donations can be made in care of Carrie Seguin and her family. Wade’s family would like to take this opportunity to thank the Goulais River Fire & Rescue, Sault Search and Rescue and the OPP.
