Obituary for
Vincenzo Rossetti
It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of
Vincenzo at the age of 96. Born March 10, 1922 Cansano L’Aquila,
Italy, Vincenzo passed away peacefully at Royal Columbian Hospital
with family by his side. Predeceased by parents Donata and Liberata,
brothers Giuseppe and Domenico, sisters Annina and brother-in-law
Domenico DiGiacomo and son-in-law Vincenzo D’Amato. He is
survived by his loving family, wife Leda of 71 years, children Lina,
Basil (Denise), Sandra (Tony), his grandchildren Roberto, Enzo, Maria,
Jennifer, Vanessa, Ryan, Michelle, Francesco, Daniela and Antonio.
Also his great-grandchildren Ava, Téa, Leo, Adam, Alexander, Isabella
and Damian and many nieces, nephews and friends. Also Brother Valdo
(Jenny) and sister-in-law Dea and families in New York. Special thanks
to the staff at Seton Villa. Viewing to take place at Bell & Burnaby
Funeral Chapel, Burnaby, BC, August 22, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 555 Slocan
Street, Vancouver, BC, August 23, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with Entombment
to follow at Abbey Mausoleum, Ocean View Burial Park, 4000 Imperial
Street, Burnaby.
