Victor Richard Griffin
February 9, 1929 – January 9, 2018
Into the arms of his good friend Jesus. Passed away quietly at home January 9, 2018 one month shy of his 89th birthday. Beloved husband of Betty Griffin (Jordan) for 70 years. Loving father of Byron (Carla Edwards), Christine Harris (late David Harris) and Patricia Griffin. Beloved son of the late John Pelan and Ethel Adela Griffin. Special nephew of “Aunt” Kate Govier. Brother of the late Margaret Ethel MacGregor. Greatly missed by his grandchildren Candice (Matt), Kyle (Cristin), Josh (Vanessa), Samantha (Sandy) and Sarah (Chris). He will be deeply missed by his 5 great grandchildren. Brother-in-law of Eileen Farr, who will miss him dearly. Remembered by many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Community Care Access Centre or to the Victorian Order of Nurses.
