Obituary for
Victor Pasemko
Victor Pasemko, age 94 years, left the caring heart and hands of his wife, Albina (Beanie), into the Care of The Merciful Heart of Jesus, on April 17, 2018.
Victor is succeeded by his children, Darlene Cavanaugh, Brian (Nancy) Pasemco, Randy (Charlaine) Pasemko and Kathy (Brian) Meaney. Also mourning are his brother, Fred (Lorna) Pasemko; and sister, Millie Pasemko; along with 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, as well as Albina’s family.
He is predeceased by his parents, Peter and Katherine Pasemko; brothers, John Pasemko and Paul Pasemko; and sister, Stella Tkachuk.
Victor was born and raised on the family farm in Redwater where he and Albina raised their family. As well as farming he started with Interprovincial Pipeline in 1949. Victor went to NAIT to learn Instrument Technology, while employed by Imperial Oil at the Redwater Gas Plant until his retirement in 1981. He continued to farm until he and Albina retired to Spruce Grove in 2004.
Victor was active in St. Clare’s Roman Catholic Parish in Redwater. He joined the Knights of Columbus and was appreciated for his work.
Funeral Mass Saturday, April 21 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 200 Boundary Road, Spruce Grove followed by burial at St. Michael’s Cemetery, 13819 – 82 Street NW, Edmonton.
