Davidson, Vernon Paul « Bud »
Age 86 of Porter’s Lake, passed away peacefully at Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital on May 6, 2018 with his family by his side.
Born in Dartmouth, he was a son of the late Fred and Ida Davidson.
Survived by his wife of 64 years, Carol; daughter, Janice (Martin) Hines; grandson, Josh (Beth); great-granddaughter, Alison who was his pride and joy; sister, Pauline Warner; nieces, Cheryl (Bill) Tanner, Karen (Lennie) White.
He was predeceased by brother-in-law, Basil Warner; great-grandson, John Paul in infancy.
Bud loved to camp and play guitar at family gatherings. He was an avid gardener who shared the fruits of his labour with all his family and friends
and the wildlife of Myra Road.
Bud retired from Forbes Chevrolet after 22 years of service.
The family would like to thank Dr. Merritt, Doctors and nurses at Twin Oaks, for all their care and attention.
Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital.
Cremation has taken place. No services as per his request.
