Travis Blaine McMackin
1970-2018
Travis Blaine McMackin, 48, of Elgin, passed away
Saturday, August 4, 2018 in Riverglade as a result of a motor vehicle
accident.
Born in Moncton, he was the son of Brian
McMackin (Barbara) and Lynda Leaman (Dennis Collier).
Travis was very talented and could do
almost anything. He was a welder by trade, a mechanic, and a tattoo
artist. Everyone loved him. He was so kindhearted and always shared
laughter and hugs. He had a special place in his heart for children
and pets.
In addition to his parents, Travis will
be missed by his long-time companion, Julie Collier; brothers, Trevor
and Tracey McMackin, Nicholas Gallant, Rick Lutes, Chris and Derek
Collier, Rodney Smith and Chris Maybee; sister, Alexandria Spence, and
many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Travis was predeceased by his maternal
and paternal grandparents and special uncle, Kris
Leaman.
A Celebration of Life will be held at
Salisbury Funeral Home 3350 Route 106, Salisbury West (372-4800) on
Friday, August 10, 2018 at 2 pm with Pastor Robb Hunt officiating.
Interment at Pinehill Cemetery at a later date.
