In Loving Memory of Traci
It is with profound sadness that we announce Traci’s peaceful passing at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at the age of 21 years. She is reunited with her mom Tammy in heaven. Beloved daughter of Jeff and his wife Stephanie Forbes. Loving sister of Christine Baker, Travis Allen, Tiffany Allen, and Georgia Allen; step-sister to Charlton and Joel Forbes.
Private Family Services will take place. A Memorial Service to celebrate Traci’s life will be held at a later date. Please check back for details.
