Passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL, Mr. Tony Stewart Jefferies, age 83 years.
He was predeceased by his parents, Stewart and Frances; siblings, Bram (Daisy), Gus (Ruby), Marie (John Attwood), Lloyd (Jean), Hilda (Reg Lush), Jeanette (Earl), Gwen (Alonzo), Percy (Una), Hazel (Ferd) and Jemima.
Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his wife, Ada; children, Chris (Janice), Cheryl (James Reardon), Lisa (Robert Goulding), Stephanie (Harold Rumbolt), Bentley (Denise); grandchildren, Marcia, Erika, Brandon, Spencer, Leslie, Alicia and Ashley; great-grandchildren, Anthony, Keaton and James; sister-in-law, Leah Jefferies and a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Public visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte on Saturday, October 27th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
The Funeral Service will take place from St. Matthews United Church, Lewisporte on Sunday, October 28th at 2 PM.
