Tom owned and operated Bouwman Contracting Ltd., a family business which he continued from his father.
Friends may visit with the family at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Monday from 1-3 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at REHOBOTH CANADIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 1225 Dundas St, Burlington on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 10 a.m., Rev. Jake Torenvliet officiating. Interment to follow at Garden Lane Cemetery. Donations to Streetlight Ministries would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
