Thurlow Hawley Canavan
Thurlow Canavan at the age of 88 went to the Lord on Friday, May 4, 2018. Son of the late Clifford Canavan and of Joanna Mallon. Husband of 55 years of Colette Boisvert. Father of James (Rachelle Lemelin) and Joseph. Grandfather of Corina Joy Canavan, all of Low. Predeceased by sister Minerva Canavan-Stevenson-Andrews. Brother-in-law of Pauline and Valmore Carroll; and many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. If desired donations may be made to ‘The People’s Cross’, Bank National, Wakefield Branch, Account No. 233422. Family and friends are invited to visit at the Memorial McGarry Chapel, 176 route 105, Wakefield, Quebec, on Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 10 a.m. until time of Memorial Service in the Chapel at 2 p.m., followed by refreshments. Burial at a later date.
