It is with great sadness that we, the family of Thomas “Tommy” Sampson announce his passing on February 12, 2018 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. Born in New Waterford on April 5, 1951, he was the son of the Andrew and Mary (MacKenzie) Sampson.
