Obituary of Thomas (Tom) McWatters
McWATTERS- Thomas (Tom) Joseph of Port Colborne passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Friday, June 22, 2018 at the age of 57. Loving husband of Luci (nee Blasioli), dear father of Leah (Alex) and Emily (Ryan), dear son of Esther and the late Edward McWatters, brother of Lynn (Luke) Brazeau, brother-in-law of Lillie, Mari (Jerry), Tony (Debbie) and Flav (Tammy). Also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and the family dog Gilbert. Tom was a loving and hardworking man who took pride in his work and did it all for the love of his family. He had a deep appreciation for both music and nature and took the time to recognize it. Tom enjoyed the simple things in life with a light-hearted and positive attitude. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held at the DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME, 135 Clarence Street, Port Colborne on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Canon Robert Hurkmans officiating. Memorial donations to the Sarcoma Cancer Foundation of Canada or Saint Elizabeth’s Health Care would be greatly appreciated.
