Obituary for Thomas « Tom » Armstrong
The family announces with sorrow his passing at home after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at the age of 55 years. Dear brother of Robert, Bruce, Sandi Lachapelle, Patricia Paananen (late Gary Marcella), Randy and Lori Armstrong (Andre Portier) and his brother-in-law and dear friend Randy Paananen. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his special friends Alex and Fran Danis. He was the happiest and luckiest uncle to have many nieces and nephews who loved him. Predeceased by his parents David and Gloria Armstrong.
A special thank you to his little angels Marnie Chisholm and Liz Feldman who gave him back some quality of life. Your care and support will never be forgotten.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. Remembrance donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 1-3pm at the White Eagle Polish Hall, 8 Wood St. Kirkland Lake, On for a light reception. The funeral arrangements are entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE 150 Balsam St. S. Timmins
