TURNER, Theresa Mary (nee Hagan)
Passed away peacefully at Trillium Care Community on October 17th with her family around her. Formerly of Westport, Ontario, Theresa is the dear Mother of Rita (Mark) Peterson – Ogden, Utah, Ed (Nathalie), Mary, and Brian (Elayne) of Kingston. Much loved Grandmother of Craig (Mary), Claudia, Émilie, Myra (Nik), Fiona (Evan), and Hunter. Close sister of Veronica (late Dan) O’Neill, Eleanor (late Everette) McParland, Jean Hagan, Rita (Vince) Humphries, Francis (Marilyn) Hagan and Sister-in-law Maureen (late Harold) Hagan. Lovingly remembered by several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by husband, Gordon, grandson Ian, and by her parents; Joseph and Mary (Mackler) Hagan. Friends are invited to a visitation at Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Home-Township Chapel, 435 Davis Drive, from 3 p.m-7 p.m., on Sunday, October 21st. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 490 Days Road on Monday, October 22nd at 10:30 a.m., Father John Brennan presiding. Interment in St Mary’s Cemetery. A reception will be held at the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Home-Township Chapel immediately following the Rite of Committal prayers at the cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in memoriam donations to the Ian Turner Peterson Endowment Fund or Children’s Wish Foundation would be appreciated by the family. May she rest in peace.
