Theresa Lillian Smith
1925-2018
Smith, Theresa Lillian – 93, of Halifax passed away
peacefully Monday, December 17, 2018 in the QEII Health Sciences
Centre. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and
Josephine (McNeil) Rolfe.
Theresa loved to laugh and make others laugh. She was still
cross stitching at the age of 93. She was the last surviving member of
her immediate family. She is survived by her son, Michael (Vivian);
daughters, Joan (Andy); Theresa (Arnold); grandson, Stephen;
granddaughters, Belinda; Tammy; Andrea; seven great
grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Lauchie; daughter, Judy;
grandson, Derek; sisters, Margaret; Marie; Helen; Phyllis;
Maureen.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mattatall ~ Varner
Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro, where a Celebration of Life will
be held from 1-4 pm, Saturday, December 22, 2018. Interment will be
held in Pine Grove Cemetery at a later date.

This is a great organization that grants wishes for seniors. They
granted Theresa’s wish to fly over Susie Lake in a
helicopter. Theresa would love wishes to be granted for other
seniors.
