Peacefully at home on Saturday October 6, 2018 Toni Hartholt (Stenfert) at the age of 71. Loving wife of Martin Hartholt. Dear mother of Robert (Kristy), Derek (Kaitlin) and Kristen (Nicholas). Cherished grandmother of Scott, Amelia, Jackson and Clark. Sister to Art (Sylvia). The family would like to thank everyone at Bayshore Home Health Care and Calvary Christian Reformed Church for their compassion and kindness. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Daley Family Funeral Home, (6971 Bank Street between Scrivens Drive and Metcalfe Corner) from 2-4 & 7-9 pm on Wednesday October 10. Funeral Thursday at Calvary Christian Reformed Church, 3782 Russell Rd. at 11 am. In lieu of flowers donations to World Vision, 1 World Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, L5T 2Y4 would be appreciated.
