Terry passed away at Smiths Falls Hospital with his wife and family by his side on Friday, November 2, 2018 at the age of 63. He is the beloved husband of Nancy Blackburn. Loving and devoted father of Tabitha-Lee Blackburn and Natasha Blackburn (Jamie Wilkinson). Cherished grandfather to Marcus Code, Cohan Blackburn, Rylan Peters, Ryanna and Nevaeh Wilkinson. He will be fondly remembered by his siblings Richard Blackburn, Mary Blackburn, Debbie Hackett (Brent). He is predeceased by his brother Donald Dowdall. On behalf of Terry’s family, we would like to send a special thank you to the nurses and doctors at Smiths Falls Hospital for their care and compassion. Friends are welcome to gather at Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Friday, November 9, 2018 form 1 p.m. until the time of his celebration of life in the Chapel at 3 o’clock. Private interment will take place at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to CHEO.
