Obituary of Teresina De Leo
Passed away on September 23, 2018, surrounded by loving family.
Survived by her four children, Rosaria Zefferino (Benito), Antonio De Leo (Palmina), Graziella Giorgio (Santo), and Josephina Facciuolo (Giuseppe). Also survived by two sisters, eleven Grandchildren and eighteen Great-Grandchildren.
Predeceased by her loving husband Nicola De Leo (1978) and her sister.
Teresina, who lovingly embraced her role as, “Nonna”, showered her family with her traditional cooking, spoiling everyone with homemade gnocchi, and an abundance of espresso. Her countless stories and life lessons, will be cherished by all of her family, but especially her “nipoti”. She will be forever loved, and missed.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Teresina with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. Parish Prayers will be held at 7:45 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, 80 University Ave. W., (at Hemlock St.) Waterloo on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at 10 a.m., with Father David Walter officiating. Burial to take place immediately following the mass at Parkview Cemetery.
