Teresa (Tracy) Windego
September 10, 1977 – September 1, 2018

It is with great sorrow that the family of Tracy Windego announces her passing on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at the LaVerendrye General Hospital with family by her side.
She was born September 10, 1977 in Fort Frances, Ontario to Harry Windego Sr. and Mary Menson. She was liked to keep busy and enjoyed manual labour. She was a hard worker, willing to take on any task. She enjoyed being outdoors, attending Pow Wows and especially camping. Everyone who knew Tracy knew her as a friend.
She leaves behind her children Autumn Windego and Thre Windego; granddaughter Lyla; father Harry Windego Sr.; siblings Laura, Marilyn, Darlene, Vernon Menson and Valerie Windego as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Tracy was predeceased by her mother Mary Menson; sister Priscilla Menson; brother Harry Windego Jr. and grandparents John and May Black and Joe Friday and Rosanne Banks.
A traditional wake will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 3 p.m. at the Seine River Gymnasium.
A traditional service will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 10 a.m. the Seine River Gymnasium with Elder Dennis Black officiating.
The pallbearers will be Tracy’s Family and Friends.
