Terence Geang Poy Jay
February 1, 1932 – July 3, 2018
It is with great sadness that the family of Terence Geang Poy JAY announce his passing on July 3, 2018, at the age of 86. Geang Poy will be lovingly remembered by Ngan Kew, his wife of 69 years, and his children, Jennifer, Gloria (Charles), the late Laura (Dale), Daisy (Bob), Judy (Patrick), and Barry (Jennifer K). Geang Poy will be fondly missed by his grandchildren, Trevor (Cicik), Tiffany (Drew), Graham (Tess), Chris, Adam (Masae), Jordon, Brendan, Alex (Sangzi), Jillian, Sebastian, Justin, Tori, and Kaitlyn. He enjoyed spending time with his great-grandchildren, Amira, Max, Esme, Marcus, Antony, and Zachary.
A Memorial Service celebrating Geang Poy’s life will be held at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel, 1835 East Hastings Street in Vancouver on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 12:30 pm. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue in Burnaby at 3:00 pm.
