SIMMONS, Suzanne.
Passed away peacefully at Golden Years Nursing Home, Cambridge on
Tuesday, December 18, 2018, at the age of 79 years. Devoted and ever
caring wife to the late James “Jim” Simmons. Loving and
supportive mother to daughter Lisa Shiels, son Jim Simmons and his
wife Kim. Extremely proud grandmother of Alexander and Jessie Funston
and Scott and Steven Simmons. A lifelong resident of Cambridge,
Suzanne worked for many years at Allen-Bradley. She enjoyed crafts and
playing board games and puzzles and her favorite time of the year was
Christmas. At her request, cremation has taken place. Please join
Suzanne’s family for a Celebration of Life at Corbett Funeral
Home, 95 Dundas Street N., Cambridge on Sunday, December 23, 2018 from
1-4pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cambridge Humane Society
would be appreciated.
