Obituary of Stewart Rosborough
Passed away peacefully at Pleasant Meadow Manor on Monday December 3, 2018. Stewart Rosborough of Lakefield in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Joan and the late Phyllis. Sadly missed by his children Donald Rosborough (Faith) of Little Current, Arnold Rosborough (Jane) of Peterborough, Elaine Wilson (Phil) of Douro-Dummer, Darlene Stencell (Dan) of Newcastle, and step daughter Gail Crawford (Steward) of Lakefield. Also missed by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Survived by his brother Gordon “Dick” Rosborough (Doris) of Selwyn. Predeceased by his brothers Everett Rosborough (Wilma), Alex Rosborough (Ethel), Bruce Rosborough (Dora), Wesley Rosborough and his sisters Winnifred Freeburn (Robert), Margaret Dunford (Truman), Mary Nichols (Melvin) and Kathleen Bullock (Wellie). Friends and relatives are invited to call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen St., on Sunday December 9, 2018 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday December 10, 2018 at 2:00 PM with visitation one-hour prior. Interment Lakefield Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Fellowship Hall of Lakefield Baptist Church.
