RAPAICH, Stevan “Stevo” –
Peacefully on Saturday, December 15, 2018, at the St. Catharines General Hospital, at the age of 99. Beloved husband of the late Marija “Mary” Rapaich (Feb. 1, 2002). Loving father of Stella Rakonjac (Milomir Savic) and Roy Rapaich. Cherished grandfather of Radmila and Angelka. Uncle of Zelijko Lalic and Jelka Krickovic and their families. Predeceased by his sister Savka Lalic and brother Rade Rapaic. Stevan and his family came to Canada on October 23rd, 1957. He was employed for many years with Cunningham Foundry in St. Catharines, retiring in 1959.
The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St., Niagara Falls, on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Pomen will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday at 7 p.m., by the Rev. Fr. Milorad Delic. Funeral will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home, and then to St. George Serbian Orthodox Church, 6085 Montrose Rd. where service will be held at 12 noon. Interment at Lundy’s Lane Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish may make a memorial donation to St. George & St. Archangel Michael Serbian Orthodox Church.
