Peacefully at Jessica’s House, Exeter on Saturday, December 29, 2018 of Zurich, formerly of Shakespeare, at the age of 68. Loving father of Corey Steckle of London, Trevor and Angela Steckle of Zurich, Alex and Megan Steckle of Belmont, Laura and Mark O’Neil of London, and Mark and Meghan Steckle of Brantford. Dear son of Lillian (McDowell) Steckle of Hensall. Adored grandpa of Kaden, Kaylee, Kenzie, Kaleb, Ava, and Mitchell. Dear brother and brother- in- law of Arnold and Nelly Steckle of Zurich, Rhoda and Steve Sinasac of Binbrook, Doris Sinasac of London, Evelyn and Harv Vincent of Shipka, and Simeon Steckle of Hensall. Predeceased by father Asa Steckle, and brother and sister-in-law Gerald and Marjorie Steckle.
Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 49 Goshen Street, North, ZURICH on Friday from 6-8 PM and again on Saturday, January 5th at the Kingsfield – Zurich Mennonite Church, 37818 Zurich Hensall Road from 10 AM until time of service which will be held at 11 AM, Pastor Ryan Jantzi and Pastor Dennis Estep officiating. Interment Zurich Mennonite Cemetery.
