DiCOSIMO, Stanislao ‘Stan’ – Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at St. Catharines General Hospital on Wednesday October 24, 2018 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of 64 years to Nicoletta (Vetrone) DiCosimo. Loving father of Joe DiCosimo and Anna (Gabriel) Rossi. Cherished Papa of Charlotte DiCosimo (Alain) and Vanessa Rossi and Great-Papa of Mackenzie and Lincoln. Dear brother of Vince (the late Ida) DiCosimo, Vittorio (Maria) DiCosimo and Dora (Giuseppe) Iannotti and brother-in-law of Josephine (Steve) Orsini, Mary (the late Sam) Multari, Carmela (Vince) DiLibero and Rito Vetrone. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his granddaughter Elizabeth DiCosimo and his sisters Maria (the late Nicola) DiLibero and Elena (the late Giuseppe) DiDonato. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. visiting Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service in celebration of his life will be held Monday at 12 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
