Passed away suddenly at Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland, on Monday, November 26, 2018, as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Jordan Sjerps of Elmvale, in his 34th year, cherished son of Jack and Yvonne Sjerps. Remembered with love by his brother Brandon (Rhonda) and sister Angela (Mike) Birch and his nieces and nephews, Sam, Adrianna, Allison, Carson, Madden and Presley. Jordan leaves behind cousins, aunts, uncles and friends who will remember him with much affection.
Friends are invited to visit with family on Friday, November 30th at Lynn-Stone Funeral Home, Elmvale, from 1 pm until time of the Memorial Service, in the chapel at 3 pm.
If desired memorial donations to Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
