Obituary of Shirley Ricard
It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Shirley on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the age of 86. Loving wife of the late Gerry (1991) and cherished companion of Edward Houston for the past 25 years. Beloved mother of Larry (Sheila), Lori Seguin (Gilles), Randy (Joan), Rob (Carrie) and Andrew (Sherry). She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Shawn (Kat), Justin (Kristy), Melinda, Alex, Carrie (Derek), Amber (Graeme), Travis (Emily), Kelsey (Jonathan), Julie, Jess, Jenna, Jayme and eight great-grandchildren. Dear sister of the late June Hynes and late Helen Cartwright and sister-in-law of Marg McDonald. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed family time at the cottage on St. Joesph Island and a good game of cribbage and euchre. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) on Monday, February 26, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until time of Memorial Service in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. Donations graciously accepted to the charity of your choice.
