HAHN, SHIRLEY – Of Mildmay-Carrick passed away at the Durham Hospital, on Thursday, September 27, 2018, in her 65th year. Beloved wife of the late Clarence Hahn. Dear aunt of Bruce & Emily Yenssen of Hanover. Predeceased by 2 sisters in law, Dorothy Hahn & Ruth Yenssen & her husband Carl Yenssen, brother in law Lorne Willfang, brother Ben Whitehead & her father Earl Whitehead. Survived by her mother, Virginia Whitehead, her sisters and brothers, Hazel & Bruce Emke of Hanover, June & Jim Beirnes, of Listowel, Earl Jr. & Carol of Lucknow, Merle Willfang of Hanover, Joyce & Peter Scheeringa of Harriston, Larry & Darlene Whitehead of Fordwich, Don & Ann Whitehead of Durham, Debbie Whitehead of Hanover, Doreen & Richard Moore of Palmerston, Marjorie & Len Weiler of Walkerton, Betty Lou & Jim Roxburgh of Kenilworth, Fred Whitehead & his friend MaryAnn Conway of Hanover. Fondly remembered by many nieces & nephews. Shirley privately rested at the Garrett Funeral Chapel, Neustadt. A private family interment took place at the Neustadt Baptist Cemetery. Followed by a family gathering at the Neustadt Baptist Church on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 from 11a.m. for a time of reflection at 12:00 (noon). Donations to the Carroll Farm & Sanctuary, the Humane Society, the Cancer Society or the Neustadt Baptist Church.
