Obituary for
Sheila Davis
Peacefully, at Seaforth Community Hospital, Sheila Patricia Davis, formerly of Seaforth, passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018. Born on July 10, 1923, in Chertsey England, Sheila was 95 years old. In her teaching career, Sheila influenced the lives of her students with knowledge and education. Throughout her life, Sheila always held a special fondness for animals.
Sheila will be fondly remembered by her nephew John (Edwina) Rapley of George, South Africa, friend Mike Sullivan of RR#4 Seaforth, friend Barb Horne of Seaforth and her great nieces and nephews. Sheila is predeceased by her parents, Fredrick and Florence Rapley, her husband, William Davis, and her two brothers Eric and Dave Rapley.
Honouring Sheila’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted to McGlynn Family Funeral Home, 87 Goderich Street West, Seaforth (519-527-1390). As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Humane Society, or the World Wildlife Fund would be appreciated.
