On February 20, 2018, Mr. Alex Severin of St. Vincent/Flat Lake area passed away at the age of 94 years. He is survived by 2 sons, Daniel (Louise) & Robert (Anita) both of St. Paul; daughter, Rhoda (Alvin) Rogalski of St. Paul; son-in-law, John Sharhan of Edmonton; 2 sisters, Julia Charron of Burnaby, BC & Victoria Bouchard of Vernon, BC; 12 grandchildren, Anita, Sandra, Kerri-Lynn, Clayton, Deanna, Derek, Shawn, Scott, Kimberly, Bradley, Christopher & Amber; 11 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Anne (née Reszel); daughter, Lorraine Sharhan; parents, George & Maria (née Orzech) Severin; 5 brothers & 4 sisters, Tony, Bernice, Andrew, Nick, Pete, Annie, Mike, Kathleen & Mary. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 26 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier will be officiating, with interment in Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Cemetery, Flat Lake.
